T.I. & Tiny Harris Beneath Investigation for Alleged Sexual Assault
T.I. and spouse Tameka “Tiny” Harris is not going to face costs for sexual assault.
Based on courtroom paperwork obtained by E! Information, the Los Angeles County District Legal professional’s Workplace declined to press costs in opposition to the couple citing an expired statute of limitations. The workplace said, “In 2021, the complaining witness reported to LAPD that she believed that in 2005, the suspects, who she met whereas out with mates, sexually assaulted her.”
The workplace added that the statute of limitations expired in 2015.
In a press release to E! Information, T.I. and Tiny’s legal professional Shawn Holley mentioned, “Mr. and Mrs. Harris are happy, however not stunned, by the District Legal professional’s resolution to dismiss these meritless allegations. We respect the DA’s cautious evaluation of the case and are grateful to have the ability to put the matter behind us and transfer on.”
The T.I. & Tiny: The Household Hustle stars have been first accused of sexual assault in January 2021.
